Preconstruction Planning

Preconstruction planning is important for WAHL to fully understand the scope of our client’s project and its requirements. It takes a few steps, starting with a site visit if possible, defining the objectives of the project, getting a detailed project scope, setting a budget and a schedule. WAHL Construction follows these steps for every construction project runs smoothly.
Service Contracts

WAHL Construction carries a few multi-year service contracts where we provide general construction that is required on an on-call basis. This could be equivalent to 1 visit a month or 2 weeks or on-site daily, depending on what the client would like done. This construction can include siding, egress windows, painting, cabinetry, flooring, exterior upgrades like fences or decks, or any number of construction projects that are needed to be completed. General Contractor
WAHL Construction takes part in the tendering process of bidding on projects. As the successful bidder and General Contractor, we follow the clients specifications and drawings to manage the project and all it entails: Subcontractors, materials, quality, scheduling, change orders, bonding, and turn over with maintenance documentation for the owners.
Custom Millwork

Wahl Construction is set up to complete all millwork requirements form our in house shop. Including front reception desks, kitchen cabinets, specialized lab and shop millwork.

“ In 2016, Wahl Construction was the General Contractor for a $7.5 million modernization project for Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools in Brooks, AB.
The Wahl team worked diligently with our school principals to ensure that there was minimal disruption to the school and that safety was paramount in all their planning and actions. They, and their subcontractors were courteous and respectful of the school environment throughout the course of the project.
